Japanese Persimmon


Persimmon is one of my favorite fruits. And I love to see orange persimmons left on the tree against the gray sky. The symbolic image of the winter start. These pictures were taken in Nara Park yesterday.

  4. they're not too popular in the usa just yet. You can find in them in most grocery stores in a small basket.

  6. The tree looks so beautiful in this picture ! .... I love this juicy orange colored fruit, which I have tasted first time in life after coming in Japan from India. Its really gooood !!
