I believe that in summer this pair looks different. Mother or father will pour water over her or his child. Do you know this bigger one is mother or father? ??
I found them in front of the Sakai City Hospital in Osaka the other day.

I loooooooooooove this sculpture!!!! Elephants are so beautiful and baby elephants even more. I really like it.
ReplyDeleteI hope these two elephants bring a little bit of joy to those going to the hospital as patients and also to workers. I know if I worked in that hospital, they would made me smile each morning.
I think you should go back there during Summer and take a photo with the adult elephant pouring water over the baby one. ;) I would love to see it.
